Why not have a stall at the Traditional Town Fayre?
If you are a local business or a member of a local organisation, why not book a stall and be at the heart of the Fayre?
We are looking for a mix of different types of stalls, including: crafts, fun, kids’ activities, local produce, food to eat, general interest, animals etc.
What does a stall cost?
There is no charge for non-profit making organisations and charities, but a donation of a competition, or raffle prize, would be very welcome!
For commercial stalls, (that is stalls not raising money for charitable organisations) there is a fee of £10 (payable before the event) plus a donation of a competition, or raffle, prize
Stall pitches will typically be around 3m x 3m, but if you require a bigger space for your stall, please indicate this on the stall booking form (there may be an additional cost for commercial stalls)
Set up for the Fayre will be on Saturday morning.
Notes for stall holders
All stall-holders must have their own Public Liability Insurance
All stall-holders must provide all their own equipment for each stall, including tables, chairs, etc.
Stall-holders’ vehicles will only be allowed on the field in the morning while setting up (up to 13:00),
during the afternoon cars may only be left in the designated parking area.
In an effort to achieve a range of different types of stalls, and avoid having too many of any one type, all stalls will be approved by the organising committee.
